Nasira Bradley Founder & Managing Director

IGA and its philosophy come out of my life-changing experiences, informed and systematised by doctoral research into innovation and growth (I&G).
My understanding of I&G started when I undertook an engineering masters research programme at Philips’ research facility (NatLab) in the Netherlands, conducting blue-sky research. Later with Philips I moved into more senior roles, exposing me to best-practices in leadership and execution. Leading and managing R&D teams serving Southeast Asian markets, overseeing complex projects, while travelling extensively on regional business taught me the value of tight-knit motivated teams and the importance of collaboration in delivering successes against the odds. Together this all resulted in me becoming increasingly intrigued with finding a missing piece of the puzzle – what really drives innovation and growth, at company and national levels?
So, I left industry and embarked on a decade of study, emerging with a doctorate and the conviction that innovation and growth are powerful tools not only in explaining why businesses struggle or fail, but also looking to redress regional inequalities.
What has stayed with me are the insights given by industry legends about their own specific journeys and how they eventually succeeded. This convinced me to take my research and turn it into a programme for leaders, their teams and help grow firms. To this end, I founded IGA – a purpose-driven boutique consultancy, providing diagnostics, mentoring and pragmatic solutions for those looking to improve performance and competitiveness. IGA, from the start, was determined not to be typical “cookie-cutter” consultants, rather we look to give provide specific, tailored advice and travel the road with you because your success is our success.
